For the past 16 years, I've been learning to eat a healthy, well-balanced vegan diet. No dairy, no meat, no other animal products. Too many losses you think? To the contrary. I've gained so much (and I'm not talking about dreaded inches or pounds). I mean lots of fresh produce, tasty fruits, satisfying grains, nourishing nuts and nut butters, homemade seitan, seasoned tofu, healthy sea vegetables, etc.
